Enabling Parental Controls

To enable the blocking scheme you set up, you should set

PARENTAL LOCK to ON. Below is the steps.

	1 Use the password to enter the P.LOCK menu.
				PARENTAL LOCK	ON
	Highlight PARENTAL LOCK		item,	LOCK
	2 press or	button to enter the		RATINGS LOCKS
	menu.
	3 Highlight LOCK item, press
0-9			or	button to set ON to
number button	enable the blocking scheme.

If you want to disable the blocking scheme, set the item to OFF.

Setting up MPAA ratings

1 Use the password to enter the P.LOCK menu.

Highlight PARENTAL LOCK item, press or button to enter PARENTAL LOCK menu.

2 Highlight RATINGS LOCKS item, press or button to enter the menu.

3Highlight MPAA RATING item, press or button to enter its sub menu.

4 Press	or	to select the desired
rating, press		or button to either

block the rating or unblock (VIEW will be displayed) .

Movie Ratings:

*G and Above (general audience)

*PG and Above (parental guidance suggested)

*PG-13 and Above (13 years and up)

*R and Above (restricted)

*NC-17 and Above (18 years and up)

*X (adult)

If you set PG-13: G and PG movies will be available, PG-13, R, NC-17 and X will be blocked.

5Press EXIT to return to TV viewing, or press MENU to return to the previous menu.
