Communications connections

The analogue connections should be made using high-quality screened cable, taking care to connect the left and right channels correctly.

DIGITAL OUT

Meridian DSP Loudspeakers, a D/A

 

converter, or a digital preamplifier,

 

using digital cable.

OPTICAL OUT

A D/A converter or digital preamplifier,

 

using optical fibre.

ANALOGUE OUT

A 501 Control Unit, or other audio

 

equipment, using conventional

 

analogue audio leads.

BALANCED OUTPUTS

A 502 Analogue Controller, or other

 

equipment with balanced analogue

 

inputs.
