Aluminium is affected by the way that light falls on it, by the surrounding environment and by the angle you observe it from.
Aluminium surfaces may suffer discolouration or damage if soiling is left on them for too long. Remove any soiling straight away.
Observe the General notes on cleaning earlier in this section.
Do not use:
–stainless steel cleaners,
–cleaning agents containing descaling agents,
–dishwasher detergent,
–oven sprays.
Grip the front of the deflector plate together with the grease filter, and pull outwards as shown.
Then pull the filter downwards to remove.
To avoid damaging the filter or the hob below, make sure you hold the filter securely at all times when handling it.
Press the On/Off control to switch the fan off.
