For larger and heavier items such as plates, serving platters, sauce pans, bowls.
Small items such as saucers can also be placed in the lower basket.
Do not place thin, delicate glassware in the lower basket unless a special glass- ware insert or lower basket is installed.
The guide at the front of the upper bas- ket determines the maximum height for items placed in the lower basket so that the middle spray arm is not blocked.
