Using powder detergent
Liquid detergent inserts come already inserted in the detergent compartments. To use powder detergent remove the inserts.
Detergent for "Heavy Soil"
Only add detergent (1/3 of the total amount recommended) to the compartment, if the "Heavy Soil" option is selected.
Since powder detergents already contain bleach, using additional liquid bleach is not recommended.
Detergent for the main wash Fabric softener or liquid starch
Replace the inserts in the compartments before using liquid detergent.
