To clear a paper misfeed in the duplex unit

1Open the duplex unit door.

2Carefully pull out the paper.

3Close the duplex unit door.

To clear a paper misfeed in a paper drawer

1Open the right-side door of the

paper drawer indicated by the “O”.

2Turn the green wheels to feed the

paper so that it can be easily

removed.
