19The window on the left is displayed. Be sure the USB cable is disconnected.

20Click Remove Driver.

Informational messages similar to the ones shown at left are displayed on the

SURFboard Cable Modem USB Driver Removal window.

After you remove the USB driver, re-install the USB driver following “Setting Up a USB Driver in Windows 2000” on page 16. If you continue to have problems, contact your cable service provider.
