Transmission Timeout

The undecoded scanner emulation host transmits bar cod e data to the attached decoder and waits for the attached

decoder to assert the Decode signal, indicating successfu l transmission. If, after a specified amount of time, the

Decode signal is not asserted (indicating the attached decode r did not receive the bar code data), the scanner

issues Transmit Error beeps.
