When contacting Enterprise Mobility Support, please have the f ollowing information available:

If your problem cannot be solved by Motorola Enter prise Mobility Support, you may need to return y our equipment
for servicing and will be given specific directions. Motor ola is not responsible for any damages incurred dur ing
shipment if the approved shipping container is not used. S hipping the units improperly can possibly void the
warranty.
