Additional Dialing Features

Besides entering numbers from the keypad and attaching numbers from a list, you can insert numbers or characters and send calls in other ways.

While dialing (with digits visible in the display):

Do This		To
Press M		create a text message addressed to
> Send Message		the number entered
Press M and then		insert a special character when
scroll to and select		making a calling card call:
one of the following:		• Pause tells your Personal
•	Insert Pause	Communicator to wait until the
	(to insert a p)	call connects before it sends the
•	Insert Wait	next digit.
	(to insert a w)	• Wait tells your Personal
•	Insert 'n'	Communicator to wait until the
		call connects, then to prompt you
	(to insert an n)
		before it sends the next digit.
		• 'n' tells your Personal
		Communicator to stop and
		prompt you for a number before it
		sends the next digit.
