LAN Subnet Mask

Enables you to create your own Subnet Mask

 

for your network. The Subnet Mask determines

 

which portion of a destination LAN IP address

 

is the network portion and which portion is the

 

host portion.

 

Enter a Subnet Mask address that you will use

 

for your network.

 

The default is 255.255.255.0

Default Lease

Displays the Hours and Minutes of the default

Duration

lease duration. Enter in a new duration.

 

The default is 1 week.

LAN DHCP

Enables or disables the DHCP server. You can

Address Pool

Based on what is entered in the LAN Private IP

You are able to reserve up to 253 slots on your

 

DHCP server for potential clients. For example,

 

when using the router’s default IP of

 

192.168.10.1, then all numbers up to

 

192.168.10.254 are available for use.

 

If you want to make available every number,

 

enter 253.

 

The default is 50.
