Antes de arrancar

PRECAUCION - RIESGO DE GASES MORTALES

El escape del motor contiene emisiones nocivas.

SIEMPRE tenga una adecuada ventilación cuando

opere. Las emisiones debe dirigirlas lejos del personal.

Arranque- (Manual)

1.En condiciones de frío, presione y sujete el botón Pre- calentador (Figura 40) por un mínimo de 50 seg. para iniciar el sistema de precalentaminento.

ADVERTENCIA - INICIACION DEL

GENERADOR

NUNCA encienda manualmente el motor con el interruptor principal, GFCI o circuito auxiliar de interruptores automáticos en la posición ON (Cerrado).

1.Use el principal,G.F.C.I., e interruptor auxiliar (Figura.38) en la posición APAGADO antes de encender el motor.

2.Poner el interruptor de velocidad del motor(Fig.41) en posición “BAJO”

3.Una vez que el sistema de precalentado ha entiviado el motor, ponga el Interruptor de Control MPEC en la posición MANUAL, para arrancar el motor.(Fig.42)

Principal, Auxiliar and GFCI

2.Asegúrece que el tablero de inversión de voltaje ha sido configurado para la salida del voltaje deseado.

3.Conecte la carga a los tomacorriente o la terminal de salida de cargar como muestra la figura 13. estos puntos de conexión de carga pueden ser encontrados en el panel de terminales de salida de cables gruesos.

4.Las terminales de cargar salidas estan protegidas por una cubierta plástica. Remúevala para tener acceso a las terminales. Apretar las tuercas de seguridad de la terminal para prevenir que las conexiones de los cables se aflojen.

5.Cierre todas las puertas del bastidor del motor (Fig.39).

4.Una vez que encienda el motor déjelo correr por 1-2 minutos. Ponga atención por cualquier ruido anormal. Si existiera cualquier anormalidad apague el motor y corrija el problema. Si el motor esta funcionando suavemente ponga el interruptor de velocidad (Fig 43)en posición “ALTA”.

5.Verifique el cambio del Motor Funcionando LED (luz) de la unidad MPEC (Fig 44) esté en ILUMINADO después de que el motor ha sido encendido.
