OUTPUT TERMINAL PANEL

Connecting Loads

Loads can be connected to the generator by the UVWO terminal lugs or the convienience receptacles. (See Figure 13). Make sure to read the operation manual before attempting to connect a load to the generator.

To protect the UVWO output terminals from overload, a 3-pole, 60 amp, main circuit breaker is provided. Make sure to switch ALL circuit breakers to the "OFF" position prior to starting the engine.

Over Current Relay

An over current relay (Figure 14) is connected to the main circuit breaker. In the event of an overload, both the circuit breaker and the over current relay may trip. If the circuit breaker can not be reset, the reset button on the over cur- rent relay must be pressed. The over current relay is lo- cated in the control box.

DANGER

This fuse has current running through it any time the engine is running. This fuse is NOT connected to the main circuit breaker of the generator. Attempting to replace the fuse with the engine and/or

generator operating could result in electrocution and severe bodily harm. ALWAYS turn the unit completely off before attempting to replace or handle this fuse.

DCA25USI2XF, DCA25USIXF specifications

Multiquip is a renowned name in the construction and industrial equipment sector, known for delivering high-performance generators that cater to various power needs. Two standout models in their lineup are the DCA25USIXF and DCA25USI2XF, both designed for reliability, efficiency, and versatility.

The Multiquip DCA25USIXF is a compact, industrial-grade diesel generator that delivers a powerful 25 kVA, making it ideal for construction sites, outdoor events, and emergency backup applications. This model is powered by a robust Yanmar diesel engine, which ensures high fuel efficiency and low emissions, adhering to stringent environmental standards. The DCA25USIXF features an advanced digital control panel, providing users with an intuitive interface for monitoring performance, voltage output, and operational status. Its sound-attenuated enclosure significantly reduces noise levels, making it suitable for use in noise-sensitive areas.

On the other hand, the DCA25USI2XF model takes power generation a step further by offering dual voltage capabilities, allowing users to switch between 120V and 240V outputs. This flexibility makes it highly versatile, catering to a broader range of tools and equipment. Like the DCA25USIXF, the DCA25USI2XF is also equipped with Yanmar’s reliable diesel engine, which contributes to its durability and long service life. Both models come with a heavy-duty frame to withstand tough conditions, ensuring durability on job sites.

The technology implemented in these generators includes automatic voltage regulation (AVR), which stabilizes voltage output, protecting sensitive equipment from power surges. Additionally, the generators feature a low oil shutdown system, which prevents engine damage by automatically shutting down the generator when oil levels are low. This protective measure not only enhances the longevity of the generator but also contributes to safer operation.

In terms of portability, both models are equipped with rugged wheels and a lifting eye, facilitating easy transportation to various job sites. With their combination of power, efficiency, and advanced features, the Multiquip DCA25USIXF and DCA25USI2XF generators are excellent choices for professionals seeking reliable power solutions in demanding environments. Whether for construction, events, or standby power, these generators deliver exceptional performance tailored to meet diverse needs.
