NEC PrintAgent’s Remote Printing lets you deliver today’s complex, graphic-rich documents in vivid color around the world using the Internet.

System Requirements

You must have the following on your computer:

A Windows 95/98 or Windows NT operating system.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 SP1 or higher or Microsoft Java Virtual Machine. You can download either program from the SuperScript color laser home page or from Microsoft’s website.

Print Agent Remote Printing Setup

First, you or your system administrator must set the IP Address on the printer. For instructions, see Chapter 3 of this user’s guide.

Second, you must install the PrintAgent (redipS) software. Go to the Printer Home page to download and install the NEC PrintAgent software and driver.

1.Launch your web browser (A).

2.Enter the printer’s IP Address as the URL to reach the printer’s Home page.

3.Click on the Install Driver button to download PrintAgent software (B).

4.In the File Download dialog box that appears, choose Run this program from its current location and then click OK to begin installation (C).
