mPulse el botón de reproducción/pausa (’).

Para detener momentáneamente el entrenamiento para cambiar de canción o usar otras funciones del iPod:

1Pulse el botón Menú y seleccione “Pausar entrenamiento” o “Cambiar música”.

2Cuando desee reanudar el entrenamiento, seleccione Nike+iPod > Reanudar entrenamiento > Reanudar entrenamiento.
