mPulse el botón central en cualquier momento durante el transcurso del entrenamiento.

Paso 8: Finalice su entrenamiento.

Para finalizar su sesión de entrenamiento:

mCuando acabe de andar o de correr, pulse el botón Menú y seleccione “Finalizar entrenamiento”. El iPod guarda los datos de los últimos entrenamientos para futuras consultas.

Paso 9: Realice un seguimiento de sus progresos en nikeplus.com.

Puede configurar iTunes para que los datos de sus entrenamientos se envíen a nikeplus.com, donde podrá realizar un seguimiento de su evolución a través del tiempo, ver un registro de todas sus sesiones, marcarse objetivos y supervisar si los cumple, y comparar sus resultados con los de otros usuarios. Puede incluso competir con otros usuarios de Nike + iPod en desafíos deportivos “online”.

Para configurar iTunes para que los datos de sus entrenamientos se envíen a nikeplus.com:

1Tras un entrenamiento, desconecte el receptor y conecte el iPod al ordenador.

2Abra iTunes y seleccione iPod en el panel Fuente.

3Haga clic en “Nike + iPod” y marque la opción “Enviar datos de entrenamientos automáticamente a nikeplus.com”.
