Para maior exactidão no cálculo do consumo de calorias, actualize o seu peso corporal à medida que for melhorando a sua forma.

Como obter informações áudio sobre o treino

Durante o treino, o Nike + iPod fornece periodicamente informações áudio sobre o estado do treino.

Para obter informações áudio sobre o treino manualmente:

mPrima o botão central em qualquer altura durante o treino.

Para definir o tipo de voz ou desactivar as informações áudio sobre o treino:

mEscolha Nike+iPod > Especificações e defina “Informações áudio” como Masculino, Feminino ou Inactivar.

Mesmo que as informações áudio estejam desactivadas, é possível obter informações áudio sobre o treino manualmente.
