Selecteer 'Nike+iPod' > 'Afstand' en stel de

 

gewenste afstand in.

 

 

Een work-out op calorieverbranding

Selecteer 'Nike+iPod' > 'Instellingen' >

 

'Gewicht' en voer uw gewicht in. Klik

 

vervolgens op de menuknop, selecteer

 

'Calorieën' en selecteer het aantal calorieën dat

 

u wilt verbranden.

 

Opmerking: u hoeft uw gewicht alleen maar de

 

eerste keer dat u een work-out op calorieën

 

gaat doen, in te voeren.
