Escolha Nike+iPod > Distância e escolha a

 

distância a percorrer durante o treino.

 

 

Um treino com objectivo de consumo de calorias

Escolha Nike+iPod > Especificações > Peso e introduza o seu peso corporal. Em seguida, clique no botão Menu, escolha Calorias e escolha o número de calorias que pretende queimar.

Nota: só é necessário introduzir o seu peso corporal ao iniciar o primeiro treino com objectivo de consumo de calorias.
