6Set the focus mode on the Nikonos RS to "S" or "C".
-All focus modes can be used. However, Nikon recommends using "5" (single servo autofocus) or " C" (continuous servo autofocus) mode.
Set exposure mode to aperture-
7 priority auto exposure (A).
-Set the aperture value so that the subject distance is within the flash shooting distance range.
