The Playback Menu

CMessage: “Memory contains no images.”

If there are no pictures stored on the memory card when playback mode is selected, the message, Memory contains no images., is displayed. Press the dbutton and select Copy from the playback menu to copy the pictures stored in the camera’s internal memory to the memory card.

Sequence Display Options

Press the cbutton (Playback mode) Mdbutton (A8) MSequence display options

Choose the method used to display a series of pictures shot continuously (sequence, E11) when viewing them in full-frame playback mode (A30) or in thumbnail playback mode (A66).

Settings are applied to all sequences, and the setting is saved in the camera’s memory even if the camera is turned off.

Individual pictures Each picture in a sequence is displayed.

Key picture only Return a sequence in which pictures are displayed individually to the

(default setting) key picture only display.

Choose Key Picture

Press the cbutton (Playback mode) MSelect the desired sequence Mdbutton (A8) MChoose key picture

When Sequence display options is set to Key picture only, the key picture displayed in full-frame playback mode (A30) or thumbnail playback mode (A66) can be set for each sequence of pictures.

When changing this setting, before pressing the dbutton, first select the desired sequence using full-frame playback mode or thumbnail playback mode.

When the key picture selection screen is displayed, select a picture. See “Using the Screen for Selecting Images” (A71) for more information.
