Zoom increases each time button is pressed, to a maximum ) of about 6 ×. While image is zoomed in, icon and zoom

ratio are displayed in top left corner of monitor.

Use multi selector to scroll to areas of picture not visible in monitor. To use multi selector to view other pictures, can- cel zoom.

Zoom decreases each time button is pressed. To cancel ) zoom, zoom picture out until entire picture is displayed.

Cancel zoom and return to full-screen display.

Playback Zoom

Playback zoom is not available with movies, still pictures created with the Ultra HS option in the Continuous menu, or with small copies created using the small picture option.

Before a HI-quality image can be displayed at higher zoom ratios, additional data must be read from the memory card. If the () button is pressed immediately after the picture is displayed full screen, a message will be displayed in the monitor. Wait a few seconds and try again.
