Si no se consigue retirar el objeto extraño del filtro de paso bajo mediante la opción Limpiar sensor de imagen del menú configuración (0 214), el filtro se puede limpiar manualmente tal como se describe a continuación. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que el filtro es extremadamente delicado y se puede dañar con facilidad. Nikon recomienda que el filtro lo limpie únicamente el personal del servicio técnico autorizado de Nikon.

1Cargue la batería o conecte un adaptador de CA.

Durante la inspección o limpieza del filtro de paso bajo necesitará una fuente de alimentación fiable. Apague la cámara e introduzca una batería EN-EL14 completamente cargada o conecte un conector a la red eléctrica opcional EP-5A y un adaptador de CA EH-5b.

2Extraiga el objetivo.

5Suba el espejo.

Pulse el disparador por completo. El espejo se levantará y se abrirá la cortinilla del obturador, mostrando el filtro de paso bajo.

6 Examine el filtro de paso bajo.

Sujete la cámara de manera que la luz incida sobre el filtro de paso bajo, examine el filtro en busca de polvo o pelusa. Si no encuentra ninguna materia foránea, proceda con el paso 8.
