The Setup Menu

Option	Description	A
	Format the internal memory (only when a memory card
	is not inserted) or the memory card (when a memory
	card is inserted).
Format memory/	• All data stored in the internal memory or on the	E74
Format card	memory card is deleted during formatting and
	cannot be restored. Be sure to transfer important
	images to a computer and save them before
	formatting.
Language	Change the camera’s display language.	E74
	Adjust settings for connection to television.
	• When the camera is connected to a television using
	an audio/video cable but no picture is displayed on	E75
TV settings	the television, set Video mode to NTSC or PAL
	according to the type of signal compatible with the
	television.
	• HDMI settings can be set.
	When set to Auto (default setting), you can charge the
	camera's battery by connecting the camera to a
Charge by computer	computer (provided that the computer is able to	E76
	supply power).
	• When charging by computer, it may take more time
	to charge the battery than when using the Charging
	AC Adapter EH-69P.
	Switch the method for setting the flexible program,
	shutter speed or aperture value.
	When Do not toggle selection (default setting) is
	selected, use the command dial to set the flexible
Toggle Av/Tv	program or shutter speed and use the multi selector to	E78
	set the aperture value.
