Changing configuration settings using Configuration Manager Standard 2.1
802.1Q Mapping Th is setting inserts an additional tag at the Media
Access Control (MAC) layer of IEEE 802.3 and
therefore ends at the first router. Refer to RFC 2474.
!Click on the Enable option button if you want to
allow prioritization of voice packets sent from
this Digital Telephone IP Adapter unit over LAN
portions of the network.
!Click on the Disable option button if you do not
want to allow prioritization of voice packets sent
from this Digital Telephone IP Adapter unit over
LAN portions of the network.
The default is Disable.
802.1Q Mapping: VLAN ID Enter the Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) ID
for 802.1Q Mapping.
Valid entries are 0 through 4094 (0xFFE) and NC
(Not Configured).
The default is NC.
802.1Q Mapping: Priority Select the priority value for 802.1Q Mapping from
the Priority scroll box.
Valid options are 0 through 7.
The default is 6.
