9Click Add Route. The Add Route button updates the online user database with the conference server routing information.

Setting up rules for the conference server route

Once a route has been set up, a screening rule must be created to define the activation of the conference servers. The conference server route is not activated until a rule has been applied.

To set up a screening rule for the first time in the SIP Personal Agent

1Click ListRules from the Call Manager screening and routing screen. The Welcome to Call Manager screen displays.

2Click the link, create a screening rule. The Call Manager Rule Details screen displays.

3Enter a name for the conference server rule in the Rule name text box (for example, conference rule).

4Click the Active check box to select that the rule should appear in the Active Rules window.

5Select the conference route from the pull-down menu next to the Active route field.

6Click Save Rule.

Customizing service packages

Once a user is added, you may want to customize the service package on a per user basis.

To customize a user’s service package
