Listing a telephony route

To view details about a telephony route

1Click the Domains menu option.

2Under the domain or subdomain for which you wish to view telephony route details, click the Telephony Routes > List Telephony Routing menu option. The Telephony Route Listing for the domain window appears (Figure 78).

3To view or modify a telephony route, click the telephony route name. The Create New Telephony Route window appears.

4Modify the fields. Click Save to return to the Telephony Route Listing window.

5To change the telephony route parameter, click the Change Parameters link for the telephony route. The telephony parameters window appears. Based on the whether the route is a Private, SIP, or Gateway route, modify the telephony parameters (Table 20).
