2Customize the options in the user’s service package by completing the available selections.

3Click Save to save the changes to the service package. A message appears that the user package was customized successfully.

Listing/modifying/deleting users

To list, modify, or delete users (including blended users)

1Click the Domains menu option.

2Under the domain or subdomain, click the User > List User menu option. The Users window appears (Figure 62). Select whether to search on Phone Number, Last Name, User Name, or First Name from the drop down list

3Click Add Criteria. The search criteria you selected appears in the lower window and is used to refine your search.

4Repeat steps 2 and 3 to list additional users.

5In the lower window area, select whether to search by All or Any of the criteria specified. Note that you do not have to add any criteria if you want to see all the users in the selected domain. This will also find all users in any of the selected domain's subdomains.
