To add a private route

1Click the Domains > abc.com > rich.abc.com > Add Telephony Route sub menu option as shown in the following figure (Figure 107).

2Provision a 5 digit dial plan as shown in the following figure (Figure 108). The prefix 97268 is used to create the 10 digit alias assigned to the subscriber.
