Slide the lock switch to [OPEN] to

1 open the battery cover.

2 Insert the battery.

•Insert the battery so that the direction of the arrow (label) on the recorder matches the direction of the arrow on the battery. .

3 Close the battery cover.

•After closing the battery cover, slide the lock switch to [LOCK].

Recharging the battery

▌Connecting the recorder to the USB AC adapter for recharge

1 Connect the USB cable to the USB terminal of the AC adapter.

2 Connect the AC cable to the AC adapter and the AC adapter to the household power supply outlet.

3 Connect the USB cable to the USB terminal of the recorder.

•The PEAK display lamp (R) lights up in orange and recharging starts.
