In this mode, you can easily dub over a previously recorded file. This is handy when you create music or practice musical instruments, since it allows you to dub a new track over a file that is being played back.

You can dub a new track over sound sources that have been recorded part by part. Therefore, this mode lets you enjoy building a song by gradually adding parts, such as drums, base, guitar, and vocal.

•Recording and playback in the Over Dub mode are available only when the [PCM 44.1kHz/16bit] recording format is used.
