Choosing Reset also clears the current file number (Q 23) from memory. Num- bering will continue from the lowest number available in the memory or on the memory card. All other settings are unaffected.

Resetting File Numbering to 0001

To reset file numbering (Q23) to 0001, select Reset All after either deleting all pictures (Q74) or formatting the memory card (Q93).
