Set the power switch to [ON].

• The Status indicator

Set

the power switch to [OFF].

• When the power switch is turned on, do not hold the lens cover. If the lens cover does not

open, [SYSTEM ERROR] is displayed. Turn the power switch off and on.

• When turning the power swit ch off, do not hold the lens cover. If the lens cover does not

close, the power turns off with it opened. Turn the power switch on and off.

• When turning on the powe r in the recording mode, do not put any obstacle in front of the

lens.

Lighting:

• When turning the power switch to [ON].

Blinking:

• While the focus is being ad justed or the

focus is not properly adjusted.

• When the card is not inse r te d.

• When no space is left on the card.

• When the remaining bat tery power is low.

(blink slowly)

ª Flash/Access Indicator B

Lighting:

• When accessing the car d.

• When the flash fires. (It lights when the

shutter is pressed halfway)

• When sending data to PC.

Blinking:

• When charging the flash.

• When setting the flash m ode to forced off

and recording in dark places (blink slowly.)
