7 Select an end receiving station to which the relay station relays.

zFor instructions on how to enter destinations, refer to Entering a Destination (see page 16).

zMultiple stations can be programmed as end receiving stations.

8 Press the Start key.

Email is sent to the relay station, together with the fax number of the end receiving station.

When the relay station completes the transmission to the end receiving station, a communication journal is delivered.

zIf the transmission fails, an error response is delivered from the mail server and is printed on this machine.

The error response contains an error message and a copy of the first page of the document to alert you of the transmission failure.

zRelayed transmission requests can be pre- programmed in the address book beforehand to ease later operational complexities. Refer to Adding End
