Deleting a Confidential Document

To delete a confidential document in a mailbox, follow the steps below:

1	Press the Fax key.	5 Enter the mailbox (4-digit) password,
2	Select “More Menus”.	and then select “OK”.
2	Select “More Menus”.

3 Select “Mail Box”.	Documents in the mailbox are deleted.
	zIf you make a mistake, select “Clear” to
	delete entries one digit at a time.

4 Select “Delete File”.
