Searching for a DestinationSearch through the Address Book (Local Search)

Select “Search” to look through the address book for the desired destination by the entry name.

zSelect “Global” to search fax numbers, or Email addresses in the LDAP Server (see page 21).

1 Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 14. 2 Select “Search”.3 Enter the first letter you want to search for.

The search result appears.

zFor instructions on using the onscreen keyboard, refer to Before Starting in the Operating Instructions (For Function Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.

4 Choose a destination, and then select “OK”.

zSelect or to scroll the search results.

zMultiple destinations cannot be selected at a time.

5 Press the Start key.

The original(s) are stored into memory with a file number. Then starts dialing the telephone number.
