DTMF Tones
DTMFtones can be sent during conversation. These are often used to access voice
mail,paging and computerized home banking. For example, you may need to input a
numberto remotely access voice mail messages. A phone number may be stored in
thePhonebook with DTMF tones, allowing the number to be dialled upon recall and
the DTMF number to be sent automatically.

Send DTMF Tones During a Call

Enter digits (0 to 9, # and *)

Pause Dial

Using pauses allows you to send DTMF tones automatically.

EnterDTMF digits after the pause, e.g. enter the number
to access voice mail messages.

When the call is successful DTMF tones will be sent after 3
seconds or when
D
is pressed.
Ifthe DTMF tones are unsuccessful then the destination of your call may require that
the length of the tones be increased.
