The Menu System
The menu system provides the means for accessing all the functions which do not
have their own dedicated buttons on the keypad.
Themenu functions can be selected using a combination of the Navigation key
g
and the menuSelect key
B
.
During a call a restricted menu will be available.

Shortcuts

Inaddition, once you are familiar with the layout of the menu you can use the keypad
to enter the Menu Number to quickly obtain the required function. For example,
pressing

toenter the menu and then

willtake you directly to the menu
forchanging the ring tone. Examples in these instructions use the shortcuts to gain
accessto the relevant functions or to the sub-menu under which other functions are
located.
Display Icons
Followingsome operations the display will automatically clear after three seconds or
after pressing any key.

Status Icons

The status icons are displayed according to the currently activated functions. The
Antenna, Signal and Battery icons are always displayed when the handset is
switched on and connected to a network.
