Answering System

Calling back (Caller ID subscribers only)

Available for:

KX-TG3821 series (page 4)

If caller information was received for the call, you can call the caller back while listening to a message.

Press {SP-PHONE} during playback.

LTo edit the number before calling back, press {EDIT}. Add or erase digits to the beginning of the number as necessary.

Erasing all messages

Press {ERASE} 2 times while the unit is not in use.

Listening to messages using the handset

When new messages have been recorded, “New Message” is displayed.

To listen to all messages: {MENU}y324

2When finished, press {OFF}.

Note:

LTo switch to the receiver, press {C}.
