Check the connections of the peripheral devices and connection of the power cord (Æpage 28) and switch on the power (Æpage 30) to start the projector. Select the image and adjust the state of the image.

Selecting the input signal

Select an input signal.

Press <INPUT> button on the control panel or the <INPUT>, <COMPUTER>, <HDMI>, <VIDEO>, <S-VIDEO> on the remote control.

zzThe image of the signal being input in the selected terminal is projected.

zzPress <INPUT> button to display the [Source] menu. Press ▲▼ to select the desired input and press ► to enter.

How to adjust the state of the image

1111Adjust the projection angle.

zzPlace the projector parallel to the screen, and then install it on a flat surface so that the screen becomes rectangle.

zzIf the image is tilted lower than the screen, extend the adjustable feet to make a rectangle screen. zzFor details, see “Adjusting the Projector's Height” (Æpage 24).

2222Adjust the focus.

Turn “Focus Ring” to adjust the image.

zzIt is recommended that the images are projected continuously for at least 30 minutes before the focus is adjusted. zzIf keystone distortion occurs, see [V Keystone] in the [Position] menu (Æpage 39).
