About charging errors

If the status indicator does the following:

Does not flash:

Remove and reinsert the battery, and disconnect and reconnect the AC adaptor.

If the status indicator still does not flash, contact consumer support. (l 111, 112)

Flashes rapidly at approx. 0.25 second intervals:

The battery cannot be charged. Try doing the following.

Remove and reinsert the battery, and try recharging the battery.

The battery temperature or surrounding temperature is too high/low, therefore wait until the unit and the battery are at suitable

temperatures and try recharging the battery. If battery charging still does not commence, contact consumer support. (l 111, 112)

Flashes slowly at approx. 3 second intervals: Charging requires time for the following reasons:

The battery has been excessively discharged.

The battery temperature or ambient temperature is too high/low.

Connecting to the AC outlet

If you turn on this unit while charging the battery using the AC adaptor, you can use the power supplied from the AC outlet to power the unit for use. (While it is in use, the battery will not be charged.)
