Troubleshooting
Before asking for repairs, check the symptoms with the following table.
Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution or if the problem is not described below.
Symptom
The power cannot be turned on.
Cause/solution
When using AC/DC power supply
•Is AC 24 V or DC 12 V power sup- ply connect to the power supply
terminal?
→ Confirm the cable is firmly con-
nected.
When using a PoE device for power supply
•Are the PoE device and the net- work connector on the rear of the camera connected using a LAN cable
→Confirm the cable is firmly con- nected.
•Depending on the PoE device, the power supply will stop when the demanded power exceeds its total power limit for all PoE ports. Refer to the operating instructions of the PoE device in use.
