Before You Begin
Endura is a network system that requires a continuous amount of bandwidth to transmit true, live video. Therefore, always include your network administrator when planning and installing Endura components.
You will also need the following items:

•Access to an Endura network
–that is an active, gigabit Ethernet network that supports the full Internet Protocol suite,
–that is configured with at least one Endura system manager, and
–that is configured with at least one Endura workstation.
NOTES:
•Many Endura problems are caused by improper installation practices. For best results, make sure your installation meets the power, environmental, and networking guidelines described in the Endura Installation Guidelines and Best Practices document (C2670M).
•When using one or more network switches on the Endura network, enable autonegotiation on all switches.
•These network requirements represent the minimum standard for a small
