Setting the Auto Power Off Function

You can set the camera to turn off automatically when no operation is performed for a fixed time.

1	Press the 3 button in Q mode.
2	The [W Setting] menu appears.

	Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Auto Power
3	Off].

	Press the four-way controller (5).
4	A pull-down menu appears.

	Use the four-way controller (23)	Setting	2/3
	to select the time until the camera

		Brightness Level
		Power Saving	5sec.
	Choose from [5min.], [3min.] or [Off].	Auto Power Off	5min.

		Delete All	Off

		MENU Cancel	OK OK

5 Press the 4 button.

The setting is saved.

Auto Power Off does not function in the following situations: - While taking pictures in the Continuous Shooting mode

-While recording a movie

-During a slideshow or movie/sound playback

-While the camera is connected to a computer
