De naald(en) verwisselen

Gebruik #S1037 naalden voor de verviltmachine.

Gebruik geen andere naalden.

Let op: #S1037 naald is een heel speciale naald en is exclusief voor de verviltmachine ontwikkeld. Koop deze naalden bij dezelfde leverancier als waar u de machine heeft aangeschaft.

Trek altijd eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u de naald(en) vervangt.

1.Draai het handwiel tot de naaldstang in de hoogste stand staat.

2.Draai de afstelschroef voor de naaivoet los en verwijder de transparante stopkap met naaldgeleider voorzichtig van de machine.

3.Draai de schroef van de naaldklemhouder aan de voorzijde los door de 1,5 mm inbussleutel tegen de klok in te draaien.

4.Pak de naaldklem vast, trek hem langzaam naar beneden en verwijder hem dan van de naaldstang.

5.Om de individuele buitenste naalden te verwijderen, draait u de schroef op de naaldklem los door de 1,5 mm inbussleutel tegen de klok in te draaien, daarna kunt u de naald(en) verwijderen. Steek de nieuwe naald(en) zo ver in tot de bovenkant van de naald de bovenkant van de opening raakt. Draai de naaldschroef met de 1,5 mm inbussleutel vast door deze met de klok mee te draaien.

Let op: #S1037 naalden hebben geen voor- of achterkant, daarom kunt u de naald in elke richting insteken.
