MASTER ENABLE AND CHILD LOCK CONTROL

arental control includes Master Enable and Child Lock features. Master Enable is a

PParental Control. Parental Control cannot take effect unless Master Enable is activated. When a password is set, Master Enable is automatically enabled.

NOTE: the following menu illustrations are given for Analog mode only.

Follow these steps for Digital Mode and Analog Mode.

Press MENU button on the remote control to display onscreen menu.

Press CURSOR or to scroll through the onscreen menu until you see Parental Control

highlighted. Press CURSOR

Password! will appear. Then you have to try again. Only with a correct password, you have access to

PARENTAL CONTROL menu. Within the Parental Control menu, you can see Master Enable is set to .

Press CURSOR or to highlight Master Enable. If you use CURSOR or to change the setting of Master Enable to , Master Enable is deactivated and then password protection is cancelled.

Press CURSOR or to highlight Child Lock.

If you want to lock the buttons on the front panel, use CURSOR or to set to . Then the

message ,,Child Lock! Press any key to remove

,,

this message will appear when any button on the front panel is pressed. And you can operate the TV with the remote control only.

When finished, press CLEAR button to clear the menu from the TV screen.
