Audio and picture les do not play or display
smoothly
The transfer per formance of the USB
storage device may limit t he data transfer
rate to the TV, causing poor pl ayback.
Computer connection issues
The computer display on the TV is not stable:
Check that your PC uses the sup ported
resolution and refr esh rate.
Set the TV picture fo rmat to unscaled.

HDMI connection issues
There are problems with HDMI devices:
Note that HDCP (High-b andwidth Digital
Content Protection) suppo rt can delay
the time taken for a TV to di splay content
from a HDMI device.
If the TV does not recognize t he HDMI
device and no picture is dis played, try
switching the source fr om one device to
another and back again.
If there are intermi ttent sound
disruptions, check th at output settings
from the HDMI device ar e correct.
If you use an HDMI-to-DVI adapter or
HDMI to DVI cable, c heck that an addi tional
audio cable is connected t o AUDIO L/R or
AUDIO IN (mini-jack only).
You cannot use EasyLink features:
Check that your HDMI device s are
HDMI-CEC compati ble. EasyLink featu res
only work with devices th at are HDMI-
CEC compatible.
If a HDMI CDC/EasyLink-compliant audio
device is connected to the TV and the TV does
not display any mute or volume icon when the
volume is muted, increased or decreased.
This behavior is normal w hen a HDMI
CEC/EasyLink-co mpliant device is
connected.
USB connection issues
USB device content is not displayed:
Check that the USB stor age device is
set to ‘Mass Storage Cla ss’ compliant,
as described in the sto rage device’s
documentation.
Check that the USB stor age device is
compatible with the T V.
Check that the audio and pic ture le
formats are suppor ted by the TV.
