An “e-sticker” banner displaying information
appears on the TV display:
The TV is in [Sho p] mode. Remove the
e-sticker by setting t he TV to [Home] mode.
In the [Home] menu, select [Setup] >
[Advanced TV settings] > [Prefere nces] >
[Location] menu. It is necessary to sw itch the
TV to standby to ensur e that the TV exits
[Shop] mode com pletely.
Sound issues
There is picture but no sound from the TV:

If no audio signal is detec ted, the TV
automatically swi tches the audio out put off
— this does not indicate ma lfunction.
Check that all cables are p roperly
connected.
Check that the volume is not set t o 0.
Check that the sound is not mut ed.
Check that the TV speake rs setting is on
in the sound menu.
Check that the TV audio ou tput is
connected to the audio inp ut on the
HDMI CEC enabled/Ea syLink-compliant
HTS device. Sound should b e heard from
the HTS speakers.
There is picture but sound quality is poor:
Check that the sound set tings are
correctly set.
There is picture but sound comes from one
speaker only:
Verify that sound balance is s et to the center.
Picture issues
The TV is on, but there is no picture:
Check that the antenna is pr operly
connected to the TV.
Check that the correc t device is selected
as the TV source.
There is sound but no picture:
Check that the picture s ettings are
correctly set.
There is poor TV reception from an antenna
connection:
Check that the antenna is pr operly
connected to the TV.
Loud speakers, unea rthed audio devices ,
neon lights, high build ings and other large
objects can inuence r eception quality.
If possible, try to imp rove the reception
quality by changing the an tenna direction
or moving devices away from the T V.
If reception on only one chan nel is poor,
ne tune this channel.
There is poor picture quality from connected
devices:
Check that the devices are con nected
properly.
Check that the picture s ettings are
correctly set.
The TV did not save your picture settings:
Check that the TV locat ion is set to the
home setting. This mode of fers you the
exibility to change and s ave settings.
The picture does not t the screen; it is too
big or too small:
Try using a different pic ture format.
The picture position is incorrect:
Picture signals from s ome devices may
not t the screen corre ctly. Check the
signal output of the devi ce.
The picture from broadcasts is scrambled:
You may need to use a Conditional
Access Module to access content . Check
with your operator.
