[HDMI Audio]
Select an HDMI audio output when you connect
this player and the TV/audi o device with an HDM I
cable.
• [Bitstream] – If the connected HDMI
device supports the appropriate HD audio
decoder,the original aud io format on the disc is
sent. Otherw ise, LPCM is sent.
• [Auto] – Detect and sel ect the best sup ported
audio format automatically.
[Digital Audio]
Select an audio form at for the sound outpu t from
the DIGITAL OUT jack (coaxia l/optical).
• [Auto] - Detect and sel ect the best supp orted
audio format automatically.
• [PCM] - The audio device does not sup port
multi-channel for mat. Audio is down mixed to
two-channel sound.
• [Bitstream] - Select the original a udio to
experience Dolby or DTS au dio (BD-video
special sound effec t is disabled).
Note
Ensure that the audio f ormat is suppo rted by the dis c •
and the connected aud io device (amplifi er/receiver) .
When
• [Bitstream] is selected, inter active audio l ike
button sound is muted.
[PCM Downsampling]
Set the sampling rat e for PCM audio outpu t from
the DIGITAL OUT jack (coaxia l/optical).
• [On] - PCM audio is down-sa mpled at 48kHz.
• [Off] - For BD or DVD r ecorded in LPCM
without copyright p rotection, two -channel
audio signals up to 96 kHz a re output as LPC M
signals with no conversion.

[HDMI Deep Color]
This feature is availab le only when the disp lay
device is connected by an HD MI cable, and whe n it
supports deep col or feature.
• [Auto] - Enjoy vivid images in over a billion
colors on Deep Color ena bled TV.
• [On] - Enjoy vivid images in over a billion colors
on Deep Color enabled T V. Output 12 bit
color that reduces the pos terization ef fect.
• [Off] - Outpu t standard 8 bit col or.
[Picture Settings]
Select a predefine d set of picture color se ttings.
• [Standard] – Original color settin g.
• [Vivid] – Vibrant color setting.
• [Cool] - Soft color setting.
• [Action] – Sharp colo r setting. It enha nces
the details in the dar k area. Ideal for a ction
movies.
• [Animation] – Cont rast color set ting. Ideal for
animated pictures.
