Access the phonebook during
a call
1 Press [OPTION], selec t [PHONEBOOK]
then press [SELECT ] again to conrm.
2 Selec t the contact, then p ress [SELECT]
to conrm.
The number can be viewed. »
3 Press [S ELECT] again to dial out t he
number.
Call from the phonebook
1 Press to access the phoneboo k.
2 Selec t a contact in the phonebo ok list.
3 Press to make the call.
Add a record
Note
If your phonebook me mory is full, the h andset •displays a notic ation message. De lete some
records to add new one s.
1 Press menu .
2 Selec t [PHONEBOOK] > [NEW
ENTRY ], then pre ss [SELECT] to
conrm.
3 Enter th e name then press [OK] to
conrm.
4 Enter th e number, then press [S AVE] to
conrm.

7 Phonebook
This phone has a phonebook that stores up
to 200 records. You can access the phonebook
from the handset. Each record can have a name
up to 14 characters long and a number up to
24 digits long.
View the phonebook

You can view the phoneboo k on one handset •
only each time.

2 Selec t a contact and view the ava ilable
information.
Search a record
You can search the phonebook records in these
ways:
Scroll the contac ts list.•
Enter the rst ch aracter of the contac t.•
Scroll the contact list
Access the phonebook me nu, then press
